I've only been there once, however I can't forget my experience that I had there that one time! This place makes the BEST bagels I have ever had in my entire life! I remember ordering the mac and cheese bagel with original cream cheese and some kind of cinnamon crunch bagel with blueberry cream cheese! They were so good! I highly recommend!

Good food. The Nova Lox bagel is really good. The staff is kind and even with a misunderstanding, they still helped me out. I was there working remotely for 3 hrs and didn't have a problem.

Oh my gosh!! I finally found pumpernickel bagels!!! 2 years I have searched for a good pumpernickel bagel and while riding the bike trail in Indy we found Einstein Brothers. Fresh each day... toasted and schmeared with cream cheese....shhhhh so yummy!!

Close to home, softer bagels than dunkin, friendly staff, usually pretty tidy except for after a weekend breakfast rush. I never go during the business week, so, uh... Your mileage may vary? Check Google for busy times if you're in a hurry, but know that if you're running late, they have baker's dozens of bagels and shmear if you're on the hook for bringing the Monday morning meeting nosh! Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I haven't been in the bathroom to see how it is, and it seems like my favorite OJ (the *good* kind with the pulp!) is never available anymore. Dunno if this is a chain/franchisee thing or if everyone else just discovered it. Either way, I've been visiting this location for the last 8 years and will continue to do so, happily!

There was no one in line when we arrived (only three of us, nothing crazy) and the place was empty. Four employees could be seen goofing off behind the counter, one eating very openly, and one lady actually trying to look busy sweeping. After about 5 min of standing there waiting for service, the sweeper said to the staff "hey, there's people out here." We finally got service from a reluctant lady who had just taken a giant bite of bagel and cream cheese was smeared on her mouth...while taking our order. They were out of the particular bagel we wanted for our sandwich, and the selection of what was left was very limited. She even had to check to make sure there were hash browns available. It's noon, and they have four hours to close, but act like they're closing in 15 min and would rather everyone leave them alone. If the manager is who I think she is, she's wearing gray sweatpants....not very professional. The coffee in the lobby was completely out in all 3 carafes, and out of the 4 ladies here, 1 finally came out to retrieve the coffee containers 15 min after we informed them of the issue. And two of my party both ordered coffee. So now we have to wait until that's done to just even get the coffee they originally ordered. If the lobby was empty before we arrived, why has nothing been prepped for the remaining four hours of business? This has been a reminder to me to only support the local bagel deli and not this unkempt and disorganized mess.
